What a bank looks at

  • Repayment capacity – DSCR (cash available ÷ instalments) of about 1.3–1.5 or more over the loan period.
  • Promoter contribution – usually 20–25% of project cost; lower under some schemes.
  • Credit history – CIBIL score and any overdue or settled accounts. We help fix errors first.
  • Security – primary security on assets financed; collateral reduced or removed under CGTMSE.
  • Documents – KYC, Udyam, GST, ITR and financials, bank statements, project report, quotations, land / lease papers.

How we work

  1. Free first discussion – your project, existing loans and what you need.
  2. Loan sizing and the best combination of loan + subsidy.
  3. DPR, CMA data, projections, DSCR and break-even.
  4. Choice of lender and submission of a complete file.
  5. Meetings and queries with the bank until sanction.
  6. Documentation, disbursement and linking of the subsidy claim.
The credit decision is always the bank's. We do not take money in the name of any bank officer, and we do not promise approval – we make sure your file is complete and strong.
