What we do
- Review your credit reports (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark) and list every entry that hurts your score.
- Correct errors – loans that are not yours, wrong overdue amounts, closed loans still showing open, duplicate accounts – through disputes with the bureau and the lender.
- Settled to closed – work out the balance, get the No-Dues / closure letter and make sure the bureau is updated.
- Score improvement plan – credit utilisation, repayment timing, mix of loans, and when to apply next.
- Loan readiness – once the report is clean, we prepare the loan file and approach lenders.
Your rights
- One free full credit report every year from each credit bureau.
- Bureaus must resolve disputes within 30 days; delays attract compensation under the RBI framework.
- Lenders must tell you the reason when a loan is rejected because of your credit report.
Common questions
Can you remove a default from my CIBIL report?
Only if it is wrong. Correct information – a real overdue or a settled account – cannot be removed by anyone, and people who promise that are not telling the truth. What we can do is get errors corrected, get closure updated after you pay, and plan your score back up.
How long does a correction take?
Credit bureaus must resolve a dispute within 30 days of receiving it. Under the RBI framework, if the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, compensation of ₹100 per day is payable.
Is "settled" bad?
"Settled" shows the lender accepted less than the full dues. Many banks treat it as negative. Paying the balance and getting the account updated to "closed" improves how lenders read your report.
